JIC Thread Chart
Joint Industrial Council(JIC) is a straight thread(UN/UNF) with a 37º flare seat for both male and female. The straight threads of each half hold the connection together, sealing the flared seats. JIC thread meets SAE J514 standard.
NOTE: Most JIC threads(SAE J514) are exactly the same as the SAE 45º flare threads(SAE J512), however their seating angles differ.

SAE Thread Chart
Society of Automotive Engineers(SAE) is a straight thread(UN/UNF) with a 45° flare seat which forms the seal. The threads of both halves mesh together for a strong mechanical connection. The SAE 45° Flare connectors are exactly the same as the JIC 37° Flare connectors, however their seating angles differ.
NOTE: Most SAE threads(SAE J512) are exactly the same as the JIC 37º flare threads(SAE J514), however their seating angles differ.

O-ring Boss Thread Chart
SAE Straight Thread O-ring (O-Ring Boss) is a straight thread(UN/UNF). The female has a sealing face and chamfer, and the male has an O-ring which when compressed into the opposing chamfer, forms the seal. The male and female threads mesh to form a solid connection. ORB thread meets SAE J1926-1 and ISO 11296-1 standards.

ORFS Thread Chart
O-Ring Face Seal(ORFS) thread is a straight thread(UN/UNF) that meets SAE J453 standard. The female having a flat surface and there is an O-ring on the face for the male connector. The seal is made when the O-ring on the male compresses against the flat surface of the female. The outside nut on the female connector holds the connection together.
The ORFS fittings is the connections that can hold a higher pressure, which can be used in applications up to 6000 psi.

BSPT Thread Chart
British Standard Pipe Tapered (BSPT) meet ISO 7-1 standard, which has a 55-degree angle. The BSP tapered design allows for a more secure fit, making it suitable for high-pressure applications.
BSPT male threads are R series threads, while the female threads are called Rc series threads. They form a metal-to-metal seal when sealing and do not require the use of O-rings, although sealants are sometimes required.
