3.1 Material Certificate From Steel Mill
Incoming Raw Materials

1. Portable analyzer (OLYMPUS) for routine check.

2. Further testing by third party organization (OBLF).

3. Test report by specialized third party testing company upon requests.

4. Material test certificate(EN10204.3.1) available for each shipment.

5. Sampling inspection upon requests.
Production Process & Inspection

1. CNC lathes with Automation robotic arms
We adopt highly efficient automation robotic arm for workpiece loading and unloading, which vastly enhance the processing precision of cnc lathes and greatly increase production efficiency.

2. 100% First article inspection
The first article inspection check by caplier, gage, contour measuring instrument and project to make sure that our products come with highly thread accurency and uniform dimensions.

3. Self-inspection by Front-line operator
During mass production, the Front-line operators check the threads and dimensions every 5 pieces, but for the products with very high requirements, We check the threads and dimensions every piece.

4. Random sampling by team leaders
We have two workshop team leaders in one shift who are responsible for Random sampling. Once they find any dimensions and threads out of tolerance, all this batch of fittings will be 100% inspected to avoid any defective products.

5. Final Check by the Inspection Department
For appearance and key seal surface inspection: 100% inspection under strong light to ensure no burrs and no scratch. For threads and dimensions: 30% to 50% random inspection. For key dimensions, such as 24, 60 & 74 degree cone/flare, arc, 100% inspection.
Ultrasonic Washing, Laser Marking & Packing

Ultrasonic Washing
100% water washing with ultrasonic(adding cleaning detergent into water)

Laser Marking
Laser marking according to customer's requests. Laser mark logo, heat number, part number...

Packing
Fittings covered with plastic cap/plug upon customer's requests. Packed neatly on the plywood pallet and covered by plastic cloth, finally with a belt fastened to prevent any damages during long-time transportation.
